The problem

A leisure venue's website is not a finished object. Prices change, a room closes for renewal, a seasonal offer arrives, one slot becomes busier than another. Without maintenance those changes never make it onto the site, and it ends up contradicting the venue.

What the retainer covers

• Verified backups, with restoration tested.

Why this is a recurring line and not an extra

Because a sales channel degrades without upkeep, exactly like a room does. A site left alone for two years costs more to recover than to maintain.
