The problem

You have the project. You may have the drawings and the forecast. And you have a forty-minute meeting with someone who will see ten files this week and has never set foot in an escape room.

What is at stake there is not the quality of the project, it is its legibility. A good project badly presented is turned down, and nobody will tell you that is why.

What the deck contains

• The project on one page. The hardest page, and the most read.
• The market and the location, with catchment area figures.
• The concept, illustrated by 3D renders and the axonometric view.
• Layout drawings, legible by a non-specialist.
• The operating model: activities, capacities, slots, staffing.
• The financial forecast, with its assumptions owned and its scenarios.
• The delivery schedule through to opening.
• The team and the contractors.
• The funding need and its allocation, line by line.

Two versions are delivered. The bank version goes straight to the figures and the security. The investor version spends more time on the market and on the potential to replicate.

How it is built

The deck is built in Canva, on a template in your brand. That choice is deliberate: you get a document you can edit yourself, without professional software and without calling us to change a figure the night before a meeting.

We hand over the source file, not just a PDF.
