Two situations, the same blind spot.
The project owner has a concept, a unit and a works quote. What is missing is the document that ties the three to a turnover, and without it no bank follows.
The trading operator has an accountant, therefore a set of accounts. Accounts say what happened. They do not say which activity carries the margin, which one eats it, or what would happen with one more room.
Because a leisure forecast is not built like a retail forecast. It rests on trade assumptions: sellable slots per day, reset time between two games, fill rate by time band, average spend per activity, the sector's real seasonality.
A generalist firm will ask you for those figures. We set them, because we designed the venues that produce them.
We build these forecasts with PixMy, the platform published by Pix Studios, which we commercialise. Its financial engine computes the forecast reproducibly, and artificial intelligence is used to set and discuss the assumptions, never to do the arithmetic.
That distinction matters in front of a bank: a figure that changes between two runs cannot be defended.
We do not audit accounts and we do not replace your accountant. We build the forecast and its logic; it still needs signing off by a qualified accountant if your funder requires it.
