Data controller

PIX ENTERTAINMENT, a French SAS whose registered office is 2 impasse Rusquetch, 64570 Arette, France. No data protection officer has been appointed: the company does not fall within the cases where appointment is mandatory.

Data collected

The site's forms collect an email address and, optionally, a name, a city, a phone number and a message. Answers given in the entry configurator (situation, floor area, audience) are sent with the enquiry to prepare the conversation. This data is used solely to answer the enquiry and is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Purposes

To answer your enquiries and prepare the conversation that follows; to measure the site's audience so we know which pages are useful; to attribute a visit to an advertising campaign, only if you have consented to it.

Legal basis

Handling enquiries rests on the publisher's legitimate interest in answering them, and on your consent through the box at the foot of the form. Cookieless audience measurement rests on legitimate interest, which the French regulator accepts where it is anonymous. Advertising attribution rests on your consent alone.

Audience measurement

Audience measurement works without cookies. Google cookies are only set after explicit consent, to link a visit to an advertising campaign. A first-party cookie lasting 90 days records the source of the first visit; it contains no personal data.

Recipients

Your data is intended for Pix Entertainment. It is neither sold, rented, nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Two technical providers access it solely to deliver their service: OVH, which hosts the site in France, and Resend, which carries the form messages.

Transfers outside the European Union

Resend Inc. is established in the United States. Carrying the form messages therefore involves a transfer outside the European Union, framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No other data leaves the Union.

Retention period

Incoming enquiries are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries received are kept in a professional mailbox protected by a password and two-factor authentication.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase and object. Write to hello@pix-entertainment.com

If an answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr.
