Who does the work
Design, writing, art direction, drawings and coordination come out of the studio, from one hand. Sets, development and integration are carried out by contractors we select, direct and sign off. So you always know who did what, and who to talk to.
A deliberate model
We own neither a workshop nor a studio. That is a choice. An in-house workshop has to be kept busy, and that constraint always ends up driving the design. As a design studio, we pick the contractors that suit each project, not the ones we need to keep occupied.
No workshop to keep busy, so no design dictated by a production schedule.
F&B: the bar, the kitchen, the menu
Fifteen years in the restaurant trade before Pix. It is a rare skill in a leisure design practice, and it bears on revenue that weighs heavily in a venue's balance. We lay out the bar and the kitchen, we source and arbitrate the equipment, and we work the service format, the menu and its food cost with you. At Ankor the bar moved to the other side and the kitchen was rearranged around it.

Pix Entertainment and Pix Studios
Two companies, two trades, one point of contact. Pix Entertainment designs the venues. Pix Studios writes the software: artificial intelligence, games, web tools and applications.
Pix Entertainment
Leisure experience design. Feasibility, story design, art direction, drawings, axonometric views, business plan, funding file, project direction through to opening.
Pix Studios
Software publishing. PixMy, the steering platform for leisure operators, plus game, web tool and application development tied to the projects.
We are looking for pilot operators for PixMy, on preferential terms. Write to us to be one of them.
Where we work
A base in the French Pyrenees, sites everywhere. We have designed venues in Rennes, Le Havre, La Rochelle, Paris, Angoulême, Montpellier and Montreux. Site travel is built into the costing, never invoiced as an extra afterwards.
