What is PixMy?
PixMy is a platform for leisure operators and project owners. It is published by Pix Studios. We handle deployment and trade support for the venues we know.
Three domains, in the order of a venue's life.
Create. Build a project and fund it: operating model, financial business plan, compared scenarios.
Operate. Run an open site: activity tracking, variance against forecast, admissions forecasting.
Grow. Decide investments: choosing between renewing, extending or opening a second site. Grow is an extension of Operate and is not sold on its own.

The rule that makes it defensible at a bank
The artificial intelligence never does the arithmetic. It is used to set the assumptions, to discuss them and to explain them. The figures come out of a deterministic financial engine: the same set of assumptions produces the same result, to the cent, however many times it is run.
That is what separates a usable forecast from an estimate produced by a language model. A credit analyst who gets two different figures to the same question closes the file.
Why we commercialise it
Because we meet the same problem on every project: the concept gets drawn quickly, the forecast drags, and the funding is decided on the second. We use the platform on our own business plan engagements before offering it to an operator.

These are the publisher's prices, excluding VAT, identical to those published on pixmy.world. An annual subscription costs ten months.

Two things to know before comparing. Grow is an extension of Operate and is not sold on its own. And Create can be paused and resumed: a planning permission that drags on for six months costs you nothing in the meantime.
Several sites. Minus 15% from two to five venues, minus 25% from six to fifteen, above that on quotation. One invoice, and each site's data stays separated.
Dedicated connector. €2,900 to set up, then €90 per month per source system: two till systems mean two connectors.
Guided onboarding. €890, included with annual payment.
What we do around it
Configuration of your operation, migration of your history, team training and reading the first variances. A steering tool without someone to read the variances with you for the first three months is worthless.
