Three modules, in the order a venue lives

A leisure project does not ask the same questions six months before opening and three years in. Wispyn follows that order, and you take only what you need when you need it.

ModuleFor whom, whenBase price
Createthe project owner, before opening€129 excl. VAT per month
Pilotthe venue team, every day€249 excl. VAT per month
Growthe director, every week€199 excl. VAT per month
The full suiteall three modules, every brick included€899 excl. VAT per month
Extra projecta second project run in parallel€59 excl. VAT per month

Each module has a fixed-price base and optional bricks. Build, Legal, Follow and Marketing come with any module, at the start, in operation or for an extension: they serve every stage of a venue's life. Connect, Animate and Assist need the bookings and the stations, so they attach to Pilot.

Prices are per venue, excluding VAT. An annual subscription buys twelve months at the price of ten.

0% commission on your bookings. Your customers' payments land in your own Stripe account, and only Stripe's own fees apply, billed by Stripe. No commitment on the monthly plan and no setup fee: standard onboarding is included.

Create, before opening

Build the project with figures behind it.

Bench is the indoor and outdoor leisure benchmark, line by line: darts, karting, bowling, escape games, trampoline parks and the rest. Purchase or build cost, subscriptions, floor area, players per lane. Every figure is sourced and dated, and every line either enters your business plan or does not.

Estimate produces the one to five year forecast, month by month: profit and loss, funding plan, cash flow. Three scenarios as standard, cautious, central and ambitious. Lease, works and opening dates are part of it, as is the split of works between landlord and tenant.

There is no limit on how many people work on a project, and each one comes in as an admin, a contributor or a reader. You decide the access: your partner edits, your banker and your accountant read.

One project, several units. Create includes one project: one description, and as many candidate units and business plans as you like. It is built to compare two or three locations side by side before settling on one, which is precisely the moment people sign a nine-year lease on a hunch. To run several different projects at once, each extra project costs €59 excl. VAT per month. An archived project no longer counts.

Those two bricks are included. Three more are added on request, and none of them is reserved to Create:

  • Build, €149 per month. Your drawing read and calibrated, from a PDF, a DXF, an architect's DWG or simply a photograph. Area schedule and works estimate, every reference sourced. Scale drawing, photographs pinned with an arrow, 3D view, and your zones exported back to the architect as OBJ or DXF.
  • Legal, €59 per month. Your documents read and summarised: lease, articles, shareholders' agreement, supplier contracts, letter of intent. Templates to fill in, articles, shareholders' agreement, NDA, introducer agreement, brand licence, then to be reviewed by your lawyer.
  • Follow, €79 per month. Site tracking: items to clear by trade, owner and due date, a template of the steps to open a public venue.

For the length of a project. Create also comes as a Project Pass: six months for €649 excl. VAT, paid once, with no renewal. If you take Pilot within the following twelve months, €249 excl. VAT comes off your first invoice. A planning permit that drags on does not cost you another subscription.

Pilot, every day at the venue

Run the venue, from booking to the player coming back. A seasonal hire should be able to use it on day one, and your players only ever see your brand.

Book covers booking online and at the counter: slots, capacity, pricing by day and by school holidays, check-in at the counter, on a kiosk or on a phone, signed waivers, payment.

Control gives you the essentials in the morning, and the rest of the time your figures without a spreadsheet: admissions, cost of goods, reputation, groups, quotes, invoices and credit notes, statistics and exports.

Those two bricks are included. Four more are available, three of which require Pilot:

  • Connect, €79 per month. Your game activities tied together: every station recognises the player, verified scores, leaderboards, screens in your colours.
  • Marketing, €129 per month, with any module. Loyalty on games, bar and shop, tiers, rewards, reminders and campaigns with consent, and posts drafted from what actually happens at the venue. Automatic publishing to social networks is coming.
  • Animate, €69 per month. Events and private hire with ticketing, challenges when the venue is quiet, crews and badges.
  • Assist, €79 per month. An assistant that answers your visitors' questions, day and night.

Grow, every week to decide

Know what to do next week, and what it brings in. All four bricks are included.

Review keeps the log of your decisions and measures their effect on admissions, cost against additional revenue.

Forecast gives admissions and takings for the next thirty days, weather, school holidays, public holidays and season included. A range, never a figure that pretends to be precise, with the quality of the forecast displayed.

Opportunities runs a dozen detectors across staffing, food service, pricing, capacity and groups. Every gap is priced in euros and ranked by impact.

Decide is there to test a choice before you make it: simulating an investment or a price change, with the return calculated.

The rule that makes it hold up at the bank

The artificial intelligence never calculates. It is there to set the assumptions, discuss them and explain them. The figures come out of a deterministic engine: the same set of assumptions produces the same result, to the cent, however many times you run it.

That is what separates a usable forecast from an estimate produced by a language model. A credit analyst who gets two different figures for the same question closes the file.

Who does what

Wispyn is published by 7212 Studio. Pix Entertainment works with 7212 Studio, the digital studio for leisure venues, to offer a complete package: the venue, the software that runs it and the connected games that bring it to life. One point of contact from the first drawing to the first season.

The prices above are the publisher's, identical to those published on wispyn.com, and the sale is made under the publisher's terms and conditions.

You keep your own software

Wispyn does not replace everything. The publisher's catalogue lists twenty-two tools, and each one states which Wispyn bricks it feeds: ticketing, point of sale, accounting, game stations, customer reviews, social networks, architect drawings. Some are connected today, others are announced. The detail and the status of each is on wispyn.com/integrations.

Any software with an API can talk to Wispyn without waiting for a connector: documented public API, signed webhooks, keys with limited scopes.

Subscribing, on your own or with us

Seven days to try it. The whole suite opens for seven days at no charge: Create, Pilot, Grow and every option, not only the plan you have in mind. At sign-up you choose the plan you intend to keep and register a SEPA mandate or a card. Two days before the end, an email reminds you of the date and the amount of the first payment. Change plan or stop before then and nothing is taken. One trial per company.

No company yet? Create can be taken without a company registration number, in your own name: a box to tick at sign-up, and invoices are made out to you. That is the case of a project owner raising finance before incorporating. Pilot and Grow do require a registration number, asked for when you add them. The trial stays unique: once per company, or once per person for a project owner.

On your own, in ten minutes. Everything happens online at app.wispyn.com/abonnement: choosing modules and options, monthly or annually, creating the account, the payment method. The workspace opens straight away. You change plan or cancel yourself, from your own workspace, without going through anyone.

After the trial the subscription is paid in advance: your plan starts on the eighth day with the first payment, then it is the 1st of each month, or each year on the annual plan.

Or with us. Configuring your operation, migrating your historical data, training the team and reading the first variances with you. A steering tool without someone to read the variances alongside you for the first three months is of no use.

That is where we come in, and it is optional: the tool does not wait for us.

We use Wispyn on our own business plan work before proposing it to an operator.
